Utah's Unclaimed Property Webathon is a statewide online treasure hunt designed to help Utahns reconnect with their lost money.
Participants are encouraged to search mycash.utah.gov for unclaimed property belonging to themselves, family members, friends, businesses, charities, and deceased relatives. Unclaimed property can include forgotten bank accounts, uncashed checks, overpaid bills, insurance proceeds, refunds, safe deposit box contents, and more.
The 2026 Webathon campaign resulted in 23,100 website visitors, 10,500 properties claimed, and $2.35 million claimed.
Although the webathon has ended, the treasure hunt continues year-round. Visit mycash.utah.gov anytime to search for lost money and property that may belong to you or someone you know.
